Beginner Crockpot Recipe: Steak Fajitas (Freezer Meal)

- 1.5 pounds boneless sirloin steak
- 1 large pepper, any color
- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¼-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- Serve on warmed tortillas with salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, olives
- Thinly slice your steak, onion and peeper and place in your slow cooker
- Add the rest of your ingredients to slow cooker
- Stir to mix everything together
- Cook on high power for 2.5 to 3 hours
- Serve on warmed tortillas with salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, and olives
- FREEZER MEAL directions:
- Follow instructions above but do not cook and place everything in a 1 gallon freezer bag. Label and freeze. Allow to thaw prior to cooking
