Low-Carb Cheesy Italian Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  • 1.5-2lbs chicken breast tenders
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½-1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except chicken and mozzarella in a ziploc bag. Add chicken to bag, a few pieces at a time and shake well to coat.
  2. Place on greased baking sheet.
  3. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  4. Sprinkle leftover cheese/herb mixture over chicken.
  5. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken and return to oven until cheese is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
