Turkey Style Meatloaf

The Rotel tomatoes add a great flavor to the ground turkey in this turkey meatloaf recipe
Ingredients
  • Meatloaf:
  • 2lbs ground turkey
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, Italian style
  • 1 small sweet onion (14/-1/2 cup chopped)
  • 2 cans Rotel Chili's and Tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all of the ingredients for the meatloaf in a bowl.
  3. Pat into a greased loaf pan
  4. Mix together topping ingredients
  5. Spread topping on top of the meat mixture
  6. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes
  7. Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving
