Breakfast Baked Oatmeal Bars(Can Be Made The Night Before)

- 3 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup applesauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup dried fruit ie. dried cranberries, frozen blueberries, raisins
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl, mix everything together except the fruit until well blended.
- Stir in fruit gently.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm
- Optional: Spread peanut butter on bars and allow to "melt in"
- Enjoy!
