For week 22, I have had occasional nausea return.  I’ve been eating well and the weight gain seems to be around 12lbs for the pregnancy so far.  But, after feeling well from 16 weeks to 21 weeks, I got spoiled by feel so good and eating lots of good food.  I can’t help but wonder if it is all tied in to the fact that they baby did that large growth spurt and is now pushing on my stomach.

I managed to get outside for a walk for a day or two which was lovely.  I haven’t had too much round ligament pain like my last two pregnancies.  I also haven’t had much back pain, which also plagued me greatly with my last three pregnancies.  My midwife was able to give me some great exercises to help with good core strength and I think that has made a HUGE difference for me.

November marks my 1 year anniversary of making some major changes to my diet. I’ll be doing a separate blog post and video on this later.
