Many years ago, I stumbled across this recipe in a magazine and wrote it down, but never made it.  I finally made it and it was AMAZINGLY just like chocolate ice cream! It is SO easy to make and is a great treat alternative to high sugar ice cream. Enjoy!

 



 

Chocolate-Banana Ice Cream: No Ice Cream Freezer Necessary

This easy, no sugar ice cream is delicious and fast!

Serves: 8-12 servings
Ingredients
  • 7 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 2 pinches salt
  • ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Break frozen bananas up into smaller pieces and place in food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until everything is smooth like ice cream. Store in covered container for up to one week.
