Easy Italian Chicken Breasts

This was a staple when I was growing up. VERY easy to whip up and it tastes wonderful and moist.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1/2-1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1-2 cups Italian style bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Place Italian dressing and bread crumbs in separate bowls.

  2. Dip chicken in dressing then dredge in the bread crumbs. Repeat with each piece of chicken.

  3. Place on greased cookie sheet or glass 9×13" pan.

  4. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 40-50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do not over bake or chicken will dry out. Cooking time will depend on the size of the chicken breasts you are cooking. If using chicken tenders, cooking time will be closer to 20 minutes.

  5. Serve with rice and green beans.
