Happy Monday everyone!

It’s been three weeks of meal planning and things did not turn out AGAIN how I had planned. (Do you see a recurrent theme here?) Art and I went out to dinner on Monday to celebrate Valentines Day and I had a lot of leftover meal plans. Some of my planned recipes came from the recipe book All Recipes Cookbook. I love this cookbook for its whole foods approach and just delicious recipes!

For those of you who are new here, I have never, ever, ever attempted to meal plan. It seemed like a daunting task and one that I didn’t want to dedicate the time to. However, as my family has grown, meals become more and more difficulty to just throw together. I felt like I needed to try some intentional planning for our dinners.
