No-fail Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar and 2 tsp baking powder in bowl.

  2. Beat egg well. Then add 1 tsp baking powder to the egg and beat well.

  3. Add sugar and oil to milk. Whisk until combined.

  4. Add egg to milk mixture and mix.

  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix until combined but DON'T make it totally smooth or your pancakes will be tough!

  6. Cook on preheated griddle until golden brown. Flip pancakes and cook the other side until golden brown.

  7. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
